9th Annual AFA & AFROTC Aztec “Shoot-Out” Scholarship Golf Tournament

Please join us for our 9th Annual Golf Tournament to benefit Scholarships supporting the young men and women cadets of Detachment 75 of the Air Force Reserve Officers Training Program (AFROTC) at San Diego State University.
These future officers of the United States Air Force need our support to help them succeed as future leaders serving our nation.

- 11:30am Individual Skills Contests Begin
- 1:00pm Tournament Tee Time (shotgun)
- 6:30pm Dinner & Awards
Format is a Scramble: All members of a team (usually four) tee off and the best ball of the four tee shots is selected. All players move their balls to the spot of the best ball. From this point, all golfers hit their next shots, and the next best ball is selected. This process is repeated until one golfer get their ball in the hole.
Raffle: A host of great prizes will be raffled at the Tournament Dinner following the day of golf. Prizes include green fees at some of the top courses in the County, golf accessories and equipment, and local events and destination attractions.

Twenty three miles northeast of San Diego Int'l airport. Take Harbour Dr to 5 South, 163 North to 15 North. Exit Carmel Mountain Road turn left onto Carmel Mountain Rd. Turn right on Penasquitos Drive and turn right into the first driveway.
The hotel is on the corner of Carmel Mountain Road and Penasquitos Drive.
